Book Review | This Could Change Everything

Blooming Fiction book review of This Could Change Everything by Jill Mansell

On the one hand, if Essie hadn't written that letter - the one that only her best friend was meant to see - then she'd still be living like an actual proper grown-up, tucked up with Paul in his picture-perfect cottage, maybe even planning their wedding...
On the other hand (if her true feelings hadn't accidentally taken the internet by storm, that is) she wouldn't have moved into the attic flat on the square. She would never have met Conor. Or got to know Lucas...
And she wouldn't have found herself falling in love with someone she really, really shouldn't fall in love with...

Waterstones - Hardback

She's done it again! After reading Meet Me At Beachcomber Bay I thought nope, can't get any better. I stand corrected!

This Could Change Everything literally did. Ever since I first read You And Me, Always ( the first book from Jill Mansell I ever read ) I loved the easy reading writing style and how easy it was to fall into the plot without even knowing it. The latest release from Jill has proven that she just gets better with every book.

The genius thing about This Could Change Everything is how the entire plot revolves around a letter. Yep, just one. On reading the blurb, the book sounded very much like the film Letters To Juliet, but in reality the storyline is more charming, enlightening and evoking than I ever could have imagined.

Spoilers are something I have vowed never to reveal on Blooming Fiction so I'm finding it very hard to talk about the book without giving anything away. The only real review I can give about This Could Change Everything is that it is a fantastic read which should sit on every bookshelf. A no brainer five stars from me.
